Seahorses are more than just enchanting creatures of the deep – they symbolise patience, strength, and protection. With their curled tails and gentle grace, they seem almost mythical, floating through the underwater meadows of seagrass along the Dorset coast.
Studland is one of only a few places in the UK where both the spiny and short-snouted seahorses are found. Thanks to the efforts of local conservation groups, work is being done to protect their fragile habitat and ensure these tiny wonders have a future.
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted in recycled silver as a tribute to the beauty, symbolism, and resilience of these creatures – and the wild spaces they call home.
