Refund and Returns Policy

At The Silver Botanist, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at penelope@thesilverbotanist.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorisation – Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item – Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
