Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us – Email us at penelope@thesilverbotanist.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorisation – Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item – Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
